This is the checklist of documents required to accept and finalise an enrolment offer that has been made by our Principal or delegate:
- Enrolment Agreement* signed by both parents/guardians/carers
- Payment of $300 deposit* (which upon attendance is credited to your first year of school fees)
- Parent/guardian/carer Code of Conduct signed by both parents/guardians/carers
- Student Code of Conduct signed by the student (as best they can) and both parents/guardians/carers
- Photography and Recording Permission Form signed by both parents/guardians/carers
- Concessional fees application if applicable. This can be obtained from the office.
*Receipt of both of these items is the only way to formally accept an offer.
