This is the checklist of documents which must be supplied in order to be considered for enrolment when submitting an application:
- Completed Enrolment Form signed by both parents/guardians/carers

- Use the Parent Occupation Index to aid in completing the form

- Copy of Birth Certificate
- Copy of Baptism Certificate
- Copy of Immunisation Certificate
- Proof of address eg. copy of rates notice, utility bill or drivers licence
- Completed Consent to Transfer Information Form signed by both parents/guardians/carers
