Term 2 Calendar

Prep 2025 enrolments closing on the 19th of April

Prep enrolments are now open, so if you have a child that is currently in 4yo kinder, please get your applications in before the 19th of April.

School Fees

This is a reminder that the first installment for school fees was due last month on Wednesday the 21st of February.

The second installment is due on Wednesday the 1st of May.

If you are yet to make a payment, could you please do so at your earliest convenience.

If you need to discuss payment options, we encourage you to contact the office and speak to Leanne or Kelly, who will be able to assist you.


St Augustine’s Sports Day

St. Augustine’s annual Athletics Day will be held early next term on Tuesday 23rd April. All students from Years Prep to Six will be involved in various track and field athletics events. The students will travel via bus to the Keilor Athletics track, Stadium Drive, Keilor Park.

WHAT TO WEAR:

On this day students are encouraged to dress in their HOUSE COLOURS , shorts (any colour) and wear appropriate runners to compete in running races and other field events. Students will need to also bring a labelled hat and sunscreen.

TRANSPORT:

Students will be transported to this event via Bus. We are aiming for the Senior students (3-6)  to leave first at approximately 8:50 am followed by the P-2s at approximately 9:15 am. Please make sure students are at school before the first bell on this day. Students will return to school via bus at approximately 2:45 pm.

PARENT HELPERS: Volunteers Needed

For the day to run smoothly each class will require a number of parent helpers for the day. Our Parent helpers will have an active job and be required to help with supervision and assist with the running of activities and events. Parent Helpers will need to take their own transportation to the Athletics Track and will not be able to travel on the school buses.  All volunteers MUST have a current WWC check.

FOOD & DRINKS ON THE DAY 

Students are required to bring their morning snacks + extra snacks (as this is a full day of activity) in a small labelled backpack. A lunch order can be purchased by pre-ordering if you wish. Lunch order details will be provided by the Parent’s Association.

More information regarding this school event and the online Permission Slip will be sent out on Monday.
