Learning Matters

Student Leaders Report

Welcome Everyone to the sixth week of term 4 -only five weeks left!

We would like to remind everyone that the weather is getting warmer so please be careful and be on the look out for snakes as you move around the school as we know they are around and are looking for water.  If you see a snake stay remember to stay calm and move away slowly. Make sure to let a teacher know.

Icy poles will be sold for 50c each at recess when the temperature is above 20 degrees so make sure to bring your money- Remember the rule ‘You get what you get and you don’t get upset.’ We would also like to urge those students in Years 3-6 travelling to the bottom oval to take their drink bottles and make sure you wear your hat and apply sunscreen.

Please be careful of the Construction Zone. There are lots of trucks and builders that are trying to get our new spaces ready so be careful. All students need to use the new pathway down to the oval so be sure you go to the toilet before going down and make sure to stay behind the teacher.

Thanks for reading from your School Captains

Ethan and Sophie.
